Writers
& Writing Resources
Perfect Text Polishes Your
Web Pages
There's
no excuse for not having perfect text on your Web pages.
Whether you need editing assistance, a
writer or just need help being a writer, the links on this page
lead you to the writers and writing resources you're looking
for.
Because
you may be looking for help with a book manuscript or other
traditional print media project; or, because you may be looking
for information that gives you the skills to perform editorial
functions for yourself, I've assembled this page to make sure
no one is excluded from the help they need.
While
I can't claim to have visited every Web site that falls
into various writing and editing categories, I have visited
a great many of them. Based on content and quality of writing,
I feel confident in saying the sites represented here belong
to some of the most capable and competent writers and editors
doing business on the Web.
For
your convenience, I've divided the resource providers into three
groups. Copy editors and proofreaders get the top spot, writers
the second and those providing resources to help you help yourself
occupy the third. Any (or all) of them are worth a visit.

Software
newnovelist
newnovelist software helps experienced
and novice writers complete a novel. Endorsed by best-seller
Will Self, it is simple to install, provides logical and powerful
tools, and is great fun to use. This
year, don’t just read a bestseller – WRITE YOUR OWN!
This
short list is by no means complete. I'll be adding new resources
to this page as I find them, and as time permits. Why not bookmark
this page, and check back often?
